Creavi product roadmap

WordPress Appointment Booking Plugin Roadmap

Explore the public Creavi WordPress booking plugin roadmap to see which appointment scheduling features are available now, what is actively in development and what we plan to build next. Creavi is designed for businesses, teams and organizations of any size: powerful, beautiful and easy to use as its capabilities expand.

The current free release already includes Google and Outlook Calendar synchronization, customer and administrator reminders, HTML email editing, booking buffers, flexible availability, custom forms, privacy consent, downloadable iCalendar files, secure video meetings and automatic booking-data retention. Features available today are listed separately from development work so visitors can clearly understand what they can use now.

Our next priorities focus on visual customization, editable labels, more useful booking exports and customer self-service. Future releases will expand payment, team, location, resource, group and recurring-booking workflows while preserving the focused administration experience that makes Creavi simple to adopt.

Each roadmap item is evaluated for customer value, reliability, privacy, accessibility and compatibility with WordPress. We aim to deliver capabilities that work across professional services, healthcare, education, consulting, fitness, beauty, events and other appointment-based workflows. As Creavi grows, the product will continue to balance advanced scheduling needs with a clear setup experience, practical defaults and a polished booking interface that teams can confidently use and visitors can complete without friction.

We prioritize features that remove repetitive work, improve booking conversion and help organizations manage more scheduling scenarios without turning everyday appointment management into a complicated project.

Install the free plugin or try the live booking demo. Roadmap priorities may evolve with user feedback, technical research and security requirements.
